Ras El Hanout is Morocco’s spice jewel. Made according to mother’s recipe along with some help from our spice merchant in the Casablanca “marche des epices”. Villa Jerada imports whole spices from Morocco and other tropical places and mill small batches upon orders so that the final client always end up with a jar full of flavors. We mill our spices in a state of the art German mill that doesn’t create any heat friction so that the spices preserve their essential oils.
