Order your cheeses, meats, spreads, groceries, housewares, specialty items and sandwiches from one of our friendly, knowledgeable staff. We will be happy to assist you with all of your shopping needs.

Online

Shop online, in store, or by phone and have your order delivered. Contactless pick up for online orders is available at our store window located at 2851 Foul Bay Road

Charelli’s isn’t a person, it’s a name of a place in the Netherlands that holds a lot of special memories and “gezellig” meaning cozy, quaint, or nice, but can also connote time spent with loved ones, seeing a friend after a long absence, or general togetherness.

Non-food items
Receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.

Other foods items
No refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective.Perishable food items. We put a lot of love into our work. However sometimes things happen beyond our control, if you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know. All claims must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

Gift Packages
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on Gift Packages.

Yes, absolutely! We love helping clients creating custom gift packages. Whether you’re looking for client appreciation gifts, home closing gift packages or gifts for your office staff, we are happy to help. 

We do offer gift cards for $50, $100, $150, $200, and $500 as well as gift cards with a custom amount.

The best way to keep your cheese the freshest the longest is to buy smaller amounts more often.

When you get it home, keep it wrapped in the paper we send it out of the shop with. The paper allows it to breathe. Try to minimally touch it, as your fingers have oil and other bacteria that can spoil the cheese.

It is best store in the bottom drawer or vegetable crisper in the fridge.

Like all perishable items, they will degrade in quality over time and suggest for most items to be finished within two weeks.

You can, but we don’t think it’s the best idea. Freezing causes the cheese to change in texture and flavour. 

On the third Thursday of each month, we select the most popular and unique cheeses, sometimes to coincide with the season, holidays or a selection you may have never experienced and deliver it to your home or office.

Each cheese is carefully selected to ensure the best quality.

The box contains four cheeses, an accompaniment and a description of all of the cheeses for that particular month.
