Onctuous oil featuring mint, basil and vine tomato aromas, with a hint of vanilla. The mill, inaugurated in November of 2004, was built on the site of a 150-year-old mill where olive oil had been produced since the Romans occupied the area over 2,000 years ago. Related to saints, poets, conquistadores, kings and Europe’s most powerful clergy, the Álvarez de Toledo family, producers of the oil, wrote and continues to write important chapters of the history of Western civilization.
